The brief was to create a bread baking appliance inspired by a modern art or design movement. I chose Streamline Moderna and specifically Raymond Loewry's Studebaker nose spinner design. It looks like a spaceship and I thought a spaceship bread baking appliance would be pretty cool.

From ideation, through to prototyping, 3d modelling then finally rendering. Each step in the process informed me about the product I was designing.
After prototyping I progressed to 3d modelling. I made measurement's of the physical model and noted the design elements I wanted to improve on.
